These terms govern access to engine-pulsegrid.digital and engagements with Engine Pulse Grid.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning work from Engine Pulse Grid, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
Engine Pulse Grid provides professional analysis engagements related to engine performance and session depth for game apps. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written scope and invoice confirm the deliverables for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, including copy and visual design, remains the property of Engine Pulse Grid unless otherwise stated. Findings briefs and materials created for a client under a paid engagement are licensed to that client for internal use. We may reference anonymised process lessons in future field notes unless a non-disclosure agreement says otherwise.
Client materials
You retain ownership of builds, telemetry exports, and documents you share with us. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We do not claim rights to your game content or player data beyond that purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.
Liability
Analysis findings support studio decision-making; they are not a guarantee of commercial performance, store ranking, or player retention outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engine Pulse Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated date of publication unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
